SEGi University entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with the Malaysia Financial Planning Council (MFPC) that was witness by the honoured guest of the event, Yg Bhg Datuk Chua Tee Yong, the Deputy Minister of Finance.
The MoA enables graduates to be awarded a double qualification: the Masters in Financial Planning from SEGi University and a professional designation, Registered Financial Planner (RFP).
There was also a talk on professional management by Dr Steven Khaw on “Leading the Future: Adopt the MODERN Mindset” and also a sneak preview on the Masters in Financial Planning by Associate Professor Dr Gholamreza Zandi.
Malaysian Financial Planning Council (MFPC) is an independent body that promotes nationwide development and enhancement of the financial planning profession. MFPC provides an evolving set of Best Practice Standards and Code of Ethics that must be adhered to by Registered Financial Planner (RFP) and Shariah RFP designees.
