Environmental Policy:
Under the Constitution, the Board of Governors is the governing, policy making and monitoring body of the university responsible for providing guidance, inputs on, and clarifying the university strategic direction and aspirations as well as to oversee and supervise institutional governance, financial affairs, human resource development, and academic affairs.
The Senate is the highest academic body in the university and, subject to the provision of the Act, the University Constitution and the statutes and rules, shall have the control and general direction of instruction, research and examination, and the award of degrees, diplomas, certificates and other academic distinctions.
The Risk Committee of SEGi University oversees the risk management framework and ensure that it effectively facilitates the identification, assessment and mitigation of key higher level risks across the University.
