IT professionals are trained to perform different duties that range from data management, networking and engineering to database design, software design and the management of the entire system. The Diploma in Information Technology programme educates you on how to face the challenges of IT industry. Furthermore, you will develop skills required for integrated databases, system networks and communication technology within a business context.

  2. Have team and interpersonal skills, and have effective communication skills to convey information, problems and solutions
  3. Have the ability to configure, integrate, deploy systems and utilise software according to the organisational needs as well as providing maintenance and technical support within the organisations

REQUIREMENTS

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • Pass in SPM with at least credit in any 3 subjects inclusive of Mathematics or any equivalent qualification
  • Pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM), with a minimum of Grade C (GP 2.0) in any subject or any equivalent qualification and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent
  • Pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Maqbul (pass) and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent
  • Pass in SKM Level 3, and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent
  • Pass in any qualifications equivalent to Certificate (Level 3, MQF) and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent.
