Learning Designer

Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with SME in identifying and improving content gaps of provided learning materials
  • To identify and recommend suitable multimedia elements and learning activities for effective students learning experience
  • To create infographics, animation, videos of the learning materials
  • To check and proofread storyboards and learning materials
  • To create and upload enhanced content materials and activities to learning portal

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in education technology, instructional design, education or any field
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in Learning Design
  • The candidate must possess good communication skills and proficient in English
  • Has an eye for design and details
  • Has graphic and video editing skills
  • Has an experience with openlearning.com is an added advantage

Senior Administration- Registry

Responsibilities:

  • To acknowledge all documents submitted for application and approval by Registrar.
  • To assess and ensure entry requirements are met for local and international students.
  • To liaise with Partner Universities for assessments and application process.
  • Preparing offer letters for local and international students for programmes assigned and to be mailed out before the Orientation day.
  • To notify students on documents ready for collection and to follow-up accordingly (offer letters, bank loan, scholarship, certification, EPF documents, etc.)
  • To handle and/or receive enquiries on student services through phone and walk-ins.
  • To provide general support, advice and referral services for students as well as parents when necessary.
  • To maintain hard copy and soft copy filing system
  • To perform any other adhoc duties as requested by the Management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any related field.
  • At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

    Responsibilities:

    • To assist/ manage and plan marketing campaigns (market & close sales) for all marketing initiatives for all online courses, short courses & programmes to companies, organisation and others.
    • To assist/ plan, create, update and analyse content providing search engine optimization for SEGi University Online (SUOL) website.
    • To assist/ in-charge of marketing, planning and producing marketing and promotional materials for all online courses, short courses & programmes.
    • To assist/ serve as media, PR liaison for any external collaboration (Corporate & VCPs).

    Requirements:

    Assistant Manager, (Project & Security) - Building & Facilities

    Responsibilities:

    Project:

    • Working to a brief, which details what the space will be used for inspecting and surveying buildings.
    • Prepare design plans, including electrical layouts.
    • Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, plumbing fixtures and BQ.
    • Set schedules /timelines for projects and estimate project costs.
    • Prepare and participate in client presentations.
    • Supervise the work as it is carried out.
    • Handle any required building matters with Consultant, Local Authority, BOMBA and conducted FC renewal
      exercise.

    Security:

    • Monitor and ensure that daily security operations are being well executed.
    • Liaison person for official functions/ events that require security support.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline.
    • A minimum of 3 years’ relevant interior design experience.
    • Those with Certificate/ Diploma qualification but having more than 5 years related working experience will also be considered.
    • In-depth knowledge of Interior Design with ability to develop and present design concepts.
    • Demonstrated understanding of basic principles of space planning.
    • Knowledge in building maintenance and AutoCAD proficiency are preferred.
    • Knowledge in ISO9001 and OSHAS requirements is an added advantage.

    Lecturer, Pathology- Faculty of Medicine

    M.B.,B.S qualified doctors with at least 3 years post-graduation in Master of Medicine (M.Med) in related fields
    or its equivalent.

    • Pathology

    Note:

    • Malaysian with preferably PhD or Master in Pathology (or related discipline).
    • Candidates are preferred to have at least 3-5 years of teaching experience in the disciplines concerned.
    • Preference shall be given to those with experience in medicine academia teaching/ lecturing.

    • Formulate strategies for the growth of the Graduate School.
    • Identify and develop new programs that will ensure sustainable growth of the University.
    • Work with the Graduate School to ensure adherence to accreditation standards, enhanced community engagement and drive the University research agenda.
    • Establish collaborations and partnerships with other institutions of higher education and industry to drive research.

    Educational Qualification and Experience:

    • Possess a Doctoral qualification.
    • Minimum 3 years of working experiences in teaching at tertiary level and at least 5 years in a management level.

    • To develop, review and update all lesson plans, schemes of work, syllabi from time to time to reflect current pratice.

    Requirements:
    • Candidate must only possess a Doctorate (PhD) in Accounting or Finance or Business Admins /Management.
    • At least 5 years of working experience with 2 years of lecturing experience in tertiary education and must able to teach Post Graduate Students.
